Although formally established in 2012 in Christiansted, St. Croix; VI Cupcakes had been on the hearts and minds of it owners for many years.  After quite some time in planning, and many years of Cupcakes, VI Cupcakes made the Jump to become the first and only fully license Cupcake Bakery in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Since its foundation, VI Cupcakes have gone on to win numerous awards and achievements throughout the Virgin Islands and abroad. Including the first and only (2) Entry double win in Taste of St. Croix by any first time company since the competition has been established.

Now just a few short years since its launch, VI Cupcakes has taken this momentum and decided to venture stateside to bring the Sweet Taste of the Virgin Islands to the D.C. area.

VI Cupcakes offers something different than another company, true Island Flavors, original organic recipes, and of course all our favorite Cruzan Rum Cupcakes.

VI Cupcakes prepares each and every cupcake order fresh without frozen or processed ingredients, and believe it… you can taste the difference.  The menu, unlike competitors, doesn’t stick to a ten option pick with rotating specialties. Every day we offer every specialty no matter what the time or the season. VI Cupcakes strongly believes “If you can Dream it, We can Bake it”
